Some technical data may be transferred to our parent company Beijing WeLion New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. in China for product development and QA. We apply the following safeguards:

  • BESS customer data: 7 years after contract end (warranty + tax)
  • Project data: 10 years (matching BESS service life)
  • Contact inquiries without engagement: 3 years from last contact
  • Website analytics: 26 months (anonymized)
  • Accounting records: 8 years (Hungarian statutory minimum)
